Take your limits off of me!

I hate to be told I cannot do something. It makes me work that much harder to achieve it. When we entertain limiting ideas from those placed on us by others, we are living a lie.

Limiting Idea Entertained.

It is not just other people we place limitations on. We place them on God as well, even though we say there is nothing God cannot do. Situations and circumstances come into our lives, and all of a sudden we forget who God is - the creator of the heavens and the Earth.

“For with God nothing is ever impossible and no word from God shall be without power or impossible of fulfillment.” Luke‬ ‭1‬:‭37‬

I hear God saying, take your limits off of me. One thing I know is God will not LIE. Neither will he entertain our limiting ideas.

However, that does not mean that we cannot hinder our own efforts and blessings. We are created after God‘s own image, and God has given us power and authority here on earth. That means our words are powerful. We must be careful how we use them.

““Receive this truth: Whatever you forbid on earth will be considered to be forbidden in heaven, and whatever you release on earth will be considered to be released in heaven.” Matthew‬ ‭18‬:‭18‬ ‭TPT‬‬

So if God is not limited in what he can and will do, why should we place our limits on him?
